Designed to meet the educational needs of the multidisciplinary primary care team.
We are Nottinghamshire Alliance Training Hub, often referred to as NATH.
The Training Hub is an organisation that helps train, support and develop the many different roles that you might find in Primary care. We have a very diverse team including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, managers, creative experts & educationalists to name a few. This helps us have a better understanding of the challenges that each role faces and better able to help them and come up with lots of different innovative approaches to a lot of varied tasks
Because a lot of our employees are doctors, nurses and other roles for part of the working week, colleagues may split their time working with us and in practice, or in University, but come together to deliver training and different opportunities through NATH!
About where we work:
We are based in Lenton in Fanum House, but a lot of us are still working at home because of Covid-19. Because the office is near central Nottingham this means we are ideally placed to work across the whole of Nottingham.
We may need to visit practices or care homes to deliver training or support.
How we work together as a team:
Every day is different! Some pieces of work we tackle in big groups, others may require a single person or a pair with the right expertise!
We find it really beneficial to be able to rely on the wider team’s expertise, learn from one another and work together to accomplish our goals.
Our work is very motivational as we get to help our colleagues grow and develop, enabling them to offer different types of service and progress their career.
